Hi there! My name is Brittany Campbell, LISW-S. I have been in practice as a therapist since 2019 and working in the mental health field since 2012. I went to Liberty University for a BS of Psychology and USC for a Master of Social Work. I have focused study in attachment. I also specialize in OCD treatment. Whether you find yourself emotionally over controlled or dysregulated, I have techniques to help. One of the most interesting parts of my job is that I get to share in a portion of your story and hopefully help you to find meaning and purpose in it. I can't wait to talk soon!
I enjoy working with a variety of clients; from young adults navigating school, career, relationships, and identity to older adults seeking to better utilize their age-earned strengths and talents. I’ve been working in mental health for almost 20 years with a focus on the LGBTQ+ population. I can help you make behavior changes and feel better through achievable goals, boundary setting, and awareness of your own thought patterns.
I have been licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2004 and have held a supervision designation since 2015. I have also held a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with a supervision/training designation license since 2018. I have maintained a private counseling practice in Chillicothe since 2000 and I continue to work with individuals and families in that capacity. I have dedicated my career to helping others and to working with the community to ensure the well-being of families and children.
My communication style
My communication tone or approach tends to be direct but laid back. We are in session to work together not have me tell you what to do or where you need to go
Carley Trillow is a masters-level therapist specializing in people pleasing. She defines people-pleasing as trauma induced self abandonment. People pleasers learned early that it was easier to appease others than it was to risk upsetting others or causing conflict. People pleasers tend to experience anxiety, anticipate others' needs, ensure everyone is “in a good mood”, and never feel good enough.
As a dedicated psychotherapist and life coach, I bring both optimism and expertise to my work. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and provide compassionate care across all age groups, including children (6+), adolescents, adults, and older adults. As a mindfulness-based life coach, I help clients set meaningful goals, build self- awareness, and sustain accountability through personalized, goal-oriented sessions.
I am the owner of Mindful Metanoia LLC, a space that offers mental health education, meditation, and mindfulness training.
In addition to individual counseling, I offer support to families and couples. While I hold a particular passion for serving Black and Brown communities, my practice is inclusive and welcoming to clients from all backgrounds.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in gardening, dancing, spending time with loved ones, savoring rainstorms, and exploring art in all its forms.
