Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by life’s challenges? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m Fidelis Sangye, APRN, FNP/PMHNP-BC, a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide holistic, faith-informed mental health care for adults and young adults who are seeking balance, healing, and hope
I am kind and supportive and will also hold you accountable.
I’m a laid-back and easygoing person who genuinely enjoys helping others. In my free time, you’ll often find me reading a good book, trying a new coffee drink, or spending time with friends. I believe it’s so important to identify the things that bring you joy and meaning, and I’m passionate about helping others discover those things for themselves.
Becoming a therapist has been one of the most meaningful and impactful parts of my life. I value meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them in their healing journey. I’ve often been described as a great listener and someone who is open-minded and nonjudgmental—qualities I intentionally bring into every session.
My goal is to provide steady support, encouragement, and perspective as my clients navigate the complexities of life. It’s a privilege to be invited into someone’s story, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly.
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. My background includes experience in university disability services as well as several years working closely with children and families in foster and adoptive care. Since transitioning into outpatient therapy, I’ve focused on providing thoughtful, accessible mental health care that meets clients where they are.
I work with children and adolescents (ages 11+), adults, couples, and families navigating concerns such as ADHD, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or family stress. My experience in foster and adoptive care gives me a strong foundation in attachment, identity, and family systems, allowing me to support both individuals and families in meaningful ways.
Hello! I am Angie, a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. I specialize in trauma work and I’m passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, build self-esteem, and navigate challenges.
I'm not your blank-slate, nod-and-smile therapist. I’m here to help you dig deep, reconnect with your body, and create lasting change. My approach blends mind-body tools, somatic work, and nervous system education with straight-up truth and compassion. Clients often say I give them permission—to feel deeply, question old narratives, and explore what’s been off-limits in their healing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, motherhood, trauma, or relationships, I create a space where you feel both held and challenged. Therapy with me is collaborative, embodied, and real.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in somatic trauma work. I specialize in women’s issues, anxiety, trauma, and postpartum mental health, and I also supervise emerging therapists. My fully online practice serves clients across Florida, Utah, and Ohio.
