I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the owner/operator of Docked Ships, LLC.
At Docked Ships, LLC, we recognize the urgency in the unrelenting stress that African American women endure: strained relationships, constant worry, and anxious habits. It isn't a personal burden—it's a health epidemic.
African American women are dying younger and more often than other women across the country.

I view clients as whole people in the context of their lives. You are more than just a diagnosis. It's important to me to collaborate in setting goals, selecting an approach to therapy, and checking in along the way. I've worked with people from a broad range of backgrounds on anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ issues.
