I use an integrative approach to therapy tailoring to the uniqueness of each of my clients. I create a warm, loving, and comfortable atmosphere for individuals to feel heard and validated.
I received my masters in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University in 2021. Since this time I have worked with a variety of different clients gaining experience with a plethora of mental health struggles and diverse populations. I have experience in individual counseling, family therapy and facilitating various groups. I am also intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through Columbia behavioral health and like to provide an eclectic approach when working with clients.
I have over 30 years of experience as a licensed social worker and have been trained in most evidenced based practices over the years. I am also a trainer in therapeutic topics including stress management, mental health diagnoses such as depression/anxiety, suicide prevention and parenting challenging behaviors. I train the community and other professionals. My master's degree is in Social Work and my undergrad degree is in Psychology. I have worked with a team of behaviorists for several years and I am an expert in behavioral approaches including FBA (functional behavioral assessment), a rare combination for Social Workers! Most of my career has been on the mental health side, but over the last few years, I worked as an administrator in developmental disabilities. I can address co-occurring diagnoses such as Autism and mental health diagnoses. I believe that the client should set the pace and be involved in all aspects of treatment and that I work for you, the client.
I specialize recovery from narcissistic relationship abuse, as well as anxiety and depression. I am a solution-focused, direct and experienced provider who believes in giving immediate feedback. I have been a clinical social worker for 24+ years and in private practice since 2007 and I look forward to working with you

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to supporting children on their path to healing and transformation. With over 15 years experience, I offer a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their experiences, learn, heal and grow. Where needed, I combine brain-based somatic healing work to get to the root causes of any and all diagnosis. I work in partnership with you, adjusting the intentions and focus of therapy as needed.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, not analyzed or rushed. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative. I take time to really get to know you, your story, and the patterns that have shaped how you think, feel, and relate to others.
I work with individuals and couples who may feel stuck in anxiety, relationship uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, or old wounds that continue to show up in the present. Many of my clients are high functioning, introspective, and self-aware, yet still feel conflicted, exhausted, or disconnected underneath. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
