Warm, friendly, invested in growth and reaching goals.
Welcome! I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2014. I received my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2011 after completing my undergraduate education in Psychology & English in 2009.
I am particularly passionate about working with college & college-bound students as well as recent college graduates. I am also very passionate about working with women, particularly for mental health related to pregnancy, postpartum health, sexual health & mom life.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck—even when life on the outside may look manageable.
I help clients identify patterns, reduce stress, and build practical tools using CBT and ACT. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be honest about what they’re experiencing. My work is informed by a deep respect for cultural background, lived experience, and the different ways people make sense of their struggles.
I have been in private practice in Westchester, NY since 2016, and I am licensed in New York State. I received my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University in 2009 and my Bachelors from Colgate University in 2007.
I can help you manage Anxiety, Depression, parenting challenges, and relationship issues.
I am just a young woman trying to understand and live in a world that can at times feel overwhelming to say the least. I always knew that I loved to help others since I was a little girl and I had a passion for wanting others to see the best in themselves. I eventually found my place within Social Work. I completed my MSW at NYU and during my tenure within the Social Work field of over a decade, I have been able to acquire three specialties...School, Medical and Forensic.
Good therapy should, at its core, feel like talking with a friend and that’s the kind of therapist I strive to be. Therapy is a two-way street - the best results are achieved when you are in the driver’s seat. But sometimes we all need someone to help us steer when the storm rolls in. Someone to help you figure out where you are on the map and then help you get where you want to go. I want to be that person for my clients
