Therapy shouldn't feel like a one-size-fits-all experience—because, let’s be honest, life is messy, and we’re all figuring it out as we go. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are (no judgment, no pressure) and providing support that’s tailored to you. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can work toward whatever version of ‘thriving’ feels right for you. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major life transitions—so if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to help you untangle the chaos, I’m here to help.
My name is Marley Deutchman, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in NY, NJ, and FL. Growing up, therapy wasn’t something people around me talked about. Between financial struggles and cultural stigma, mental health care felt out of reach. That’s part of what led me here—to become the kind of therapist I wish I had when I was younger.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Touro College in New York. I’ve spent the past 8 years working closely with children, teens and adults, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, identity challenges, and life transitions.
Recognizing that sometimes life's stressors are too much for an individual to deal with on your own can be difficult, however it displays a foundation of strength and determination. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I strive for my practice to be a safe, nonjudgmental space for all who seek support and are endeavoring to improve on their self compassion. You are the expert in your own experience, however if we work together I hope to provide a stable, secure energy to our sessions.
