I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience. I focus on helping clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can develop healthier ways of coping. Together we will work on building practical skills to manage anxiety, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and increase confidence in everyday life.
Hi, I’m Peter, and I’m really glad you’re here! I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and human — not intimidating or clinical. I have training in Mental Health Counseling and experience supporting people with trauma, anxiety, depression,ADHD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work at a pace that feels right for you, and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and never judged — just supported as you work toward feeling better.
Hi! My name is Samantha and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that seeking support is one of the strongest and bravest things a person can do. Navigating all of life's ups and downs can feel scary and isolating. Whether is it day to day anxieties, relationship challenges, life transitions or just feeling stuck. I want to help you through your journey so you will not go through it alone.
Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and supported, while also gently challenged to grow. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, not judgmental, not passive, and not surface-level.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I’m passionate about helping you navigate life’s challenges with resilience. I have experience working with adults managing ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, depression, and cultural identity concerns. I strive to provide a culturally sensitive, affirming space where you feel heard and understood.
Bred in Milwaukee and based in Harlem, I am an award-winning advocate, educator, writer, consultant, and clinician whose work harnesses the power of community connection, emotional intimacy, and generational wellness practices to bring clients back home to themselves. I believe that cultivating intimacy with self and others is a powerful tool for personal and collective true liberation. I hold a B.A. in Afro-American Studies, with a focus on Black Women’s Studies, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University.
