I have the most experience working with the adult population. My ideal client is not someone with a specific diagnosis or past experience. It is someone who is battling something within them and is seeking a helping hand to hold on. Treatment with the most appropriate medication can help a person overcome and persevere. I hope to work with patients who really want to make a change in their lives. I like to treat my patients holistically with medications that safely help them. I hope that my patients seek my guidance because they want to challenge themselves. Together, we can make tomorrow a better day.
As a person-centered therapist, I energize your strengths so you can identify the solutions. I specialize in children and teens who have experienced trauma and the families that support them. I'm here to walk with you, remind you of your greatness, and witness your growth. Your experience is uniquely yours!
I am a licensed mental health therapist with a background in social work. I have a master's in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I have experience working in outpatient therapy and medical settings, which has shaped my grounded and integrative approach to care. I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, professional stress, grief, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I also support individuals experiencing self-doubt, boundary concerns, emotional overwhelm, and relational dynamics that leave them feeling unseen or unheard.

My practice is an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space, and I value working with clients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.

It’s not always easy to talk about what you’re dealing with, especially when you’re used to handling things on your own. I work with adults, children, and teens who are navigating stress, emotional challenges, and life situations that feel hard to manage alone. For adults, this might look like anger that comes out unexpectedly, difficulty expressing emotions, pressure to stay strong, or feeling disconnected in relationships. For children and teens, it can show up as behavioral issues, school struggles, or difficulty managing big emotions.
