I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, and the emotional complexity of modern, busy lives. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and specialize in supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and family related transitions. I also have training in energy psychology, which I integrate into my work in a grounded and practical way. I focus on tools that support real life application and sustainable growth.
When dealing with changes in life or difficulties that attempt to define us, we often try to solve these problems in isolation. Having someone to talk to—in a non-judgmental and empathetic setting—allows us to sort through our thoughts and emotions in an environment primed for growth. Nathan (he/him/his) is a psychotherapist who utilizes proven cognitive, behavioral, and existential methods to conduct effective therapy. With training and experience in AEDP, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Logotherapy, he is qualified and skilled at collaborating with clients to deliver the most effective therapy approach to each individual.
Nathan has over a dozen years of professional experience in various leadership and support roles. He holds his MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado and his MBA from the University of Denver. He is fully licensed in the state of New York as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in mental health and substance abuse, specializing in adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction and life transitions. I believe in a person-centered approach; you are the expert on your life, and you can be empowered to change your thoughts and behaviors to improve your emotional well-being. I provide an environment where you will feel safe and comfortable to talk about everything and anything.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked with many clients from various backgrounds and cultures.
Life gets demanding and navigating challenges in a safe and non-judgmental environment can help to make the journey less stressful, and I will be here to support you and journey with you through the process.
