Healing is everyone's inherent right, just as healing involves therapeutic care that is free of judgment and work that is done collaboratively, in a compassionate manner, and in a manner that is tailored to your specific needs. Hi, I am Dr. Neal, and I am committed to providing you with this type of therapeutic care.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and hold a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. I am in the licensure process to become a Clinical Psychologist. In addition, I hold an MS degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology and am a JD Cand. (I have completed 1L of law school.)
My work as a humanitarian at a young age shaped my footsteps towards becoming a mental health provider. I have worked with a multitude of individuals from different ethnic, religious, gender, and educational backgrounds. My work over the years has been with individuals who are suffering from Chronic illness, Mood disturbance, trauma, grief, and even experiencing a life transition. I have worked in Residential treatment facilities, Intensive outpatient and Inpatient facilities, a trauma-only women's facility, and worked with the chronically ill population (Sickle Cell Anemia, Lupus, Cancer, Fibromyalgia, to mention a few). When working with a client, I do not see a diagnosis as that client's identity; I see just an individual who is struggling with symptoms associated with a mental health diagnosis. I often convey to my clients that "Your challenges and struggles do not define you; it is how you go about addressing them that does." I am invested in healing and self-care, not as a cliche but as a way of living a life that is emotionally regulated and self-loving.
Reaching out for help takes courage, especially when you’ve spent years being the strong one. You may feel tired, anxious, or quietly unraveling inside while holding everything together on the outside. You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over nine years of experience helping people heal from grief, trauma, stress and major life transitions. My path into this work was shaped by loss and I understand how hard it can be to keep showing up when you feel like parts of you have gone missing. My work is about helping you find safety, steadiness and a sense of self again.
***I also provide time-limited clinical evaluations for workplace, leave-related, and emotional support animal (ESA) documentation when clinically appropriate and compliant with applicable guidelines.***
Coach Triple-T (Titus Tjalas), FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
From an Arizona prison cell in 1997 to a dual-board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Coach Triple-T brings uncommon depth, discipline, and credibility to mental health care. His path forged a 21-year commitment to behavioral health as a registered nurse and social worker, now focused on ADHD, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and complex, co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
Titus practices a whole-person approach to healing—one that defies diagnosis as destiny. He believes patients are more than a label, and that effective care requires more than medication alone. His work emphasizes structure, honesty, nervous-system regulation, and respect for the full human story behind symptoms.
His style is direct, steady, and compassionate, grounded in evidence-based psychiatry and lived experience. He works best with patients ready to move beyond survival mode and build clarity, stability, and forward momentum in their lives.
If you’re looking for a provider who understands adversity from the inside out—and meets it with calm leadership, skill, and integrity—you’re in the right place.
