Hello, my name is Tracey! I have worked in the field of social work for over 10 years and in the field as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for 5 years. I provide compassionate and effective therapy to help clients meet their goals. I specialize in working with moms in all stages of motherhood struggling with anxiety and depression. I am committed to providing you with the tools you need to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with advanced training in trauma and mindfulness. Before opening my private practice, I worked in forensic and community settings supporting clients involved with the justice system, those affected by interpersonal violence, and people navigating substance use and recovery.
My practice focuses on trauma, addiction, and personality-related challenges, with additional experience addressing mood instability, codependency, identity development, and relationship patterns. I provide inclusive, affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I approach therapy with curiosity, humor, and honesty, offering space to explore patterns, build self-trust, and create meaningful, lasting change.
