I create a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly without feeling judged. I approach each person with compassion and an open mind, and I really value understanding your experiences from your perspective. I also take a more holistic view, meaning I look at how your thoughts, emotions, physical well being, and environment all connect. I know starting therapy can feel uncomfortable at first, so I go at your pace and meet you where you are. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through whatever you are facing.

I am a Liscenced Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual psychotherapy throughout the state of California. I have over 10 years experience working with individuals from various backgrounds, providing emotional support through use of psychotherapy.
Hi, I’m Chris Brace (he/him), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and LGBTQ+ affirming couples therapist based in Las Vegas, NV. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — an evidence-based approach that helps partners break out of painful patterns, heal from disconnection, and reconnect in deeper, more secure ways.
I support couples and individuals navigating conflict, communication struggles, infidelity, emotional distance, premarital questions, and relationship ambivalence. My practice is especially attuned to the needs of queer, neurodiverse, and nontraditional relationships (including CNM and polyamorous partners). I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and judgment-free space where all identities and emotions are welcome.
For couples in crisis or those wanting to deepen their connection quickly, I also offer 2–3 day EFT Couples Intensives — an immersive, premium service outside of insurance designed to accelerate progress in just a weekend. I balance this with making weekly therapy available through Cigna and Aetna (via Headway), so couples can choose between a traditional path and a concentrated, cash-pay option.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), and I have advanced training in EFT. I’m also invited annually as a facilitator for national EFT trainings on LGBTQ+ inclusivity, where I help other clinicians build affirming skills.
If you’re ready to get unstuck and reconnect, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You can book a free consult or schedule with your Cigna or Aetna insurance via Headway.
I started my career in behavioral health 18 years ago, working with children on the autism spectrum. I fell in love with the helping profession and went on to graduate college with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After working in the child welfare and mental health fields, I earned a master’s degree in social work and practiced 3000 hours of clinical therapy. I am now a fully licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). My work and life experience have taught me that each client’s needs are unique and complex. I work collaboratively with you to integrate traditional therapy techniques, evidence-based somatic skills, and spiritual wellness to help you reach your desired goals and healing.
