I like to meet my clients “where they’re at”, meaning I’ll start wherever you need to. It is sacred to me that I provide a therapeutic setting where it is safe for you to be vulnerable and real- with no judgement or criticism. Within this safe space, we'll work together to find some clarity with your struggles or brokeness. "Courage is not having the strength to go on, it is going on when you don't have the strength". -Eleanor Roosevelt
You don't have to do this alone. Start your healing journey now. Unless you try to do things differently, nothing will change.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space where you can be fully yourself. I specialize in working with people navigating gender, sexuality, trauma, and life transitions, blending evidence-based tools with a compassionate, collaborative approach. Together, we’ll work at your pace to build self-trust, deepen your relationships, and support your growth.
Welcome - I am so happy you're here. I graduated with my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica in 2019 and have been working in the mental health field for 7 years. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth, my goal is to ensure you feel seen and empowered. My role is to walk alongside you as you discover new perspectives, strengths, and possibilities.
I’m passionate about helping men find hope, healing, and strength through truth and grace. Every story matters, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside each client as they work toward restoration and growth.
I have Master’s in Counseling and am licensed as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
I am also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Certified Sex Addiction and Recovery Therapist (cSRT), and trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for treating PTSD.
Life’s transitions—whether you’re finishing high school, starting a career, or balancing the demands of adulthood—can feel like a lot to carry. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, struggling with the intensity of BPD, or trying to navigate a world not built for your ADHD or Autistic brain, I’m here to help you find your footing.
As a therapist, I take a client-centered, genuine, collaborative approach to the client’s needs and goals. I have over 19 years of experience with significant experience helping adult clients (18+) work through anxiety, mood disorders (depression/bipolar disorder), sexual addictions/offenses, trauma, grief/loss, men and women's issues, and general life stressors/transitions (work, relationships, parenting, etc).
