Hi there! I am a licensed counselor in both Indiana and Minnesota. I graduated from Purdue University Northwest in 2022 with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and have worked in community mental health, substance use recovery, and private practice settings since. I enjoy working with adults through various circumstances, issues, or symptoms, and utilize a mix of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and EMDR interventions during sessions.
I’ve practiced psychotherapy for almost 20 years and practice privately in MN and WI. I joined Headway to spend more time doing what I love - helping my client’s heal and develop the resiliency to thrive. I specialize in working with clients, typically boys and men, who are resistant to indoor sedentary talk therapy by, instead, guiding the therapeutic process in nature rich settings. I continue to see clients from MA and NY remotely one day a week.
I am passionate about providing individuals with a trusting, nonjudgmental environment where they can learn more about themselves and tools that can improve their quality of life. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward your goals.
I work with adults and teens dealing with stress, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges.
I support a wide range of individuals struggling through challenges ranging from women's health issues, post-partum, LGBTQIA, college experiences and caretaking, among others.
I have 15 years' experience in the behavioral health field with including DBT, CBT, ACT and Mindfulness.
Reaching out for help can be intimidating, but I would love to hear from you and discuss how I can best help you on your journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist with experience in individual and group therapy since 2017. My approach is trauma-informed, empowering, and client-centered, tailored to meet the unique needs of adults, children, and families. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, which help clients develop healthier thought patterns, reframe their personal stories, and enhance motivation for change.
With experience supporting individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges, as well as those with sexually maladaptive behaviors, I create a safe and supportive space for healing and personal growth. Since opening my private practice in 2023, I have been committed to helping clients build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and improve their overall well-being.
If you’re looking for a compassionate therapist dedicated to fostering healing and transformation, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
