Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. I aim to create a safe, collaborative, and grounded space from the beginning. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in complex and developmental trauma.
I support clients in integrating their spiritual and cultural values into therapy when desired and clinically appropriate. I was born in New Orleans and bring a culturally informed perspective shaped by my Latina, Indigenous, Christian, and Jewish backgrounds.
I became a therapist because I have a deep commitment to helping people recognize and build their own strengths, especially during periods of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I understand that seeking support takes courage, and I work to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.
I earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) and PhD from Tulane University, as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana and Texas, and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota. I also hold a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Prevention Professional (LPP), and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
Hello! I'm glad you're here. I believe in the healing power of therapy and would be honored to be a part of your journey. I am licensed as a clinical social worker and have been working as a therapist for the past three years, primarily with adolescents, adults and families. My specific treatment areas include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and ADHD.
Hello there!!! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) based in Minnesota and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults who experience anxiety, depression, and addictions, including sex addiction (offending behaviors), and those on probation and court-ordered to do therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you make progress and become a healthier you.
Life can change in ways we expect — and in ways we never saw coming. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, living with anxiety that feels overwhelming, or carrying the weight of grief, you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in supporting individuals through seasons of uncertainty, loss, and growth. Together, we create a compassionate space to process what you’re experiencing, build practical tools for managing anxiety, and gently move toward healing and renewed meaning. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that even in difficult chapters, resilience and clarity are possible.
Hello, my name is Ebony, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensed in Minnesota and Washington. I work with adults—especially women and parents—who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions.
Many of the clients I support are carrying a lot: work demands, caregiving responsibilities, relationship strain, and the emotional weight of managing life’s many responsibilities. I offer a person-centered approach that is grounded in empathy, respect, cultural sensitivity, and compassion.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful growth and balance.
I maintain a small, part-time caseload and offer flexible options, including biweekly or monthly sessions. I accept insurance through Headway and also offer private-pay sessions for clients impacted by recent insurance changes. I am here to support you in taking meaningful steps toward a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
