I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Wayne State University School of Social Work in 2018, with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
As an undergraduate, I interned at a homeless youth shelter for at-risk/homeless youth ages 12-17 years old. I facilitated life skills activities including: anger management, coping skills, communication skills, budgeting, self-esteem, and conflict resolution. In addition, I answered and directed the 24-hour crisis line.
During graduate school, I interned at a substance use residential treatment facility, providing one-on-one therapy and group therapy to men in recovery of substance use addiction.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Olivet College in 2014 and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2016. Her primary specialty includes working with those with any kind of addiction. She also assists clients in working through life's problems, such as relationship issues, history of trauma, and occupational problems.

I am a licensed mental health therapist with a background in social work. I have a master's in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I have experience working in outpatient therapy and medical settings, which has shaped my grounded and integrative approach to care. I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, professional stress, grief, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I also support individuals experiencing self-doubt, boundary concerns, emotional overwhelm, and relational dynamics that leave them feeling unseen or unheard.
You don’t have to keep holding it all together.
If you’ve found your way here, part of you already knows something has to change.
You may be feeling...
• Constantly “on,” even when you try to rest
• Mentally exhausted from overthinking
• Responsible for everything and everyone
• Successful—but not peaceful
• Disconnected from the people you love, even when they’re right in front of you
And you’re tired of carrying it all on your own.
There is another way to live.
Not by pushing harder or figuring everything out—
but by learning how to feel more grounded, supported, and at ease within yourself.
What Working Together Feels Like :

and begin to relate to yourself in a more compassionate way.
• You feel more regulated and steady
• Your mind becomes quieter

• You trust yourself more deeply
• You move through life with more ease
