

Hey There, I'm Rataucha (Ratasha)!
I am the Founder/ Director of non-profit Azalea Integrated Health. I know without a doubt this is my purpose! I I have been providing therapeutic interventions since 2018. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling and have continued graduate level coursework since then. I consider myself a life long student! I provide services as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (1st Love); Certified Trauma Forensic Clinician; Licensed Professional Counselor, Mentoring Institute Trained Supervisor; Certified Clinical Supervisor-DP. I have worked with clients with diverse backgrounds with mental, emotional and environmental needs that range in spectrum, alcohol and substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, neurodevelopment disorder, and personality disorders.
Clients often describe me as reliable, professional, and flexible in meeting their needs. My diverse experience allows me to connect with people from all walks of life. I pride myself on being a great listener with strong comprehension skills, offering a nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to share and process.
My career began in 1997 as an AmeriCorps member working in harm reduction during the peak of new HIV infections. Since then, I've held many roles as a proud social worker. I have been a therapist for 18 years, with extensive training & experience in harm reduction therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. I'm Brianna, but you can call me Bri. Since earning my Master's in Social Work from GVSU in 2021, I've been dedicated to supporting clients through challenging life events. My experience includes four years in private practice, along with working as a Direct Liaison of Behavioral Health at Pine Rest. My volunteer work with Ele's Place of West Michigan, helping grieving families, is incredibly important to me and has become a true specialization in my practice.
