Hi, my name is Lindsey Manza, and I provide therapeutic services for adolescents and young adults ages 13–26 who are experiencing challenges related to substance use. My clinical focus is group therapy, with an emphasis on supporting individuals as they explore patterns of substance use, increase insight into underlying factors, and develop healthier coping strategies.
I am offering individual therapy. I am passionate about those suffering from anxiety and depression. I have experience working with people of a wide range of ages. I also can be a source of support for navigating life transitions and ADD/ADHD. Together, we can defeat self-defeating habits, create and strengthen coping skills, and shift a problematic mindset. For those who are interested, I also am experienced in teaching Mindfulness-Based coping skills in sessions.
Hello!
As a licensed therapist, I believe that good mental health is the key to enjoying and thriving in all areas of life. My therapy practice has been built around a mission to support teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety. Life can be a difficult journey. I'm here to do whatever I can to help support you.
You don’t have to keep holding it all together.
If you’ve found your way here, part of you already knows something has to change.
You may be feeling...
• Constantly “on,” even when you try to rest
• Mentally exhausted from overthinking
• Responsible for everything and everyone
• Successful—but not peaceful
• Disconnected from the people you love, even when they’re right in front of you
And you’re tired of carrying it all on your own.
There is another way to live.
Not by pushing harder or figuring everything out—
but by learning how to feel more grounded, supported, and at ease within yourself.
What Working Together Feels Like :
Our work creates a space where you can slow down,
feel what’s actually happening in your mind and body,
and begin to relate to yourself in a more compassionate way.
• You feel more regulated and steady
• Your mind becomes quieter
• You stop carrying everything alone
• You trust yourself more deeply
• You move through life with more ease
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to be here. I’ve been in practice for over 10 years, and throughout that time I’ve learned that healing looks different for everyone. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I approach each person with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for their lived experience.
You don’t have to go through things alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, healing, and self-connection.
You notice your emotions are all over the place and you don’t know how to control them. Your head might be spinning with worry about the past and the future. When things get difficult and things we have to do pile up we can lose sight of the moments that help us stay balanced or steady. You are not alone. Therapy can help you get feeling like yourself again. Through teletherapy, you will receive the same high quality care you would get in an office from the comfort of your own surroundings.
I bring a steady and calm approach to therapy utilizing a strengths-based, non-judgmental, empathetic, and empowering approach to treatment using motivational interviewing, CBT & DBT. Each person is capable, resilient, and a whole human being. You might need a little help sometimes to listen to that wise voice inside of you that knows what to do. I can help.
I enjoy working with adults and teens who have difficulty with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, relationship struggles, trauma, adapting to major life changes, and managing stress. I have supported clients through adapting to the inevitable changes life brings, grief and loss, exploring and embracing sexuality and/or gender identity, and much more.
