My main practices trauma treatment, CBT, CBT for Insomnia, mindfulness and meditation, adolescent work, post partum mental health disorders. I am also trained in play therapy, radical exposure therapy and nutritional psychology. I enjoy my work and helping people feel connected, insightful into their own life and look at new opportunities for growth and change.

I'm Ashley Olejarz, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the future. My goal is to provide a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
