My ideal client is someone who just needs someone to listen. This client is ready to identify problem areas in their life and plan for change. I work with woman ages 27-45 who are struggling with major transitions (planned or unplanned). This client wants to experience decreased symptoms of anxiety, and depression, and address self-esteem issues.
I utilize CBT, ACT, Person centered therapy and motivational interviewing techniques.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I also enjoy working with teenage and younger clients. I see many people who are going through life transitions. When one is going through grief and loss, education challenges, relationship difficulties, a new family member, pain or illness, it can be particularly difficult to cope and particularly beneficial to be in therapy to work through these issues with an unbiased ear. I also specialize in working with individuals who have struggles with chronic pain. I completed my training at Simmons Graduate School of Social Work in Boston.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, and counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and adversity, and I approach therapy from a holistic perspective—seeing each client as a whole person within the context of their environment.
My work is rooted in being trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I often integrate somatic therapy and mindfulness, recognizing that trauma is carried not only in the mind but also in the body. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC I) with over a decade of experience supporting adults through challenges like anxiety, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and have worked in both clinical and supervisory roles. My approach is open-minded, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity—I don’t show up with judgment, just a real desire to understand what’s going on and walk alongside you toward the life you want. I blend humor, compassion, and directness, and I aim to create a space that feels both safe and empowering. Whether you're navigating stress, rethinking old patterns, or just need someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here for that.
As a licensed therapist, I believe dignity and self-worth increases when wellness is prioritized. Many of us can grow, change, learn lessons and/or be shaped by our experiences, good or bad. I've worked the past 15 years helping adolescents, adults, groups and community organizations focus on restoration and personal development within their experiences.
I am at my best when I am a guide for others. I start by listening and developing understanding of who you are, what you value, and where you struggle. I will help you to find your way back to yourself and develop the trust you need in yourself to live your best life. I use an approach that is very collaborative offering tools and resources, but assisting you to choose your own direction.
We all struggle at times, especially in the way we live these days. I can help you understand how and why you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and develop strategies to move through this to a happier, more grounded, and more confident version of yourself.
We all face times of feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, such as relationship dynamics, major transitions, or existential questions. In our therapeutic partnership, my primary aim is to create meaningful change collaboratively, guiding you towards greater understanding and fulfillment.
I’m her to offer a nurturing space where we can work together to explore your path to healing and growth. My education at Yale University has equipped so you will
never these challenges alone.
