My interest is to provide a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy so we can work to address issues such as anxiety, depression, past traumas, grief and loss, and parenting and relationship challenges. I appreciate working with people going through periods of transition and those hoping to implement lasting change. Although I enjoy working with people to build better relationships, I do not do couples counseling.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples & families. I’ve had the privilege of working with veterans and their families, supporting them through relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and reintegration stress. This experience deepened my appreciation for the resilience people carry and the complexity of healing within relationships.
I’ve worked with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, and I strive to create a space where people feel respected, challenged when needed, and supported in making meaningful changes. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—and therapy can be a powerful place to reconnect with yourself and others.
I am a Christian that helps others connect to their emotional and spiritual selves. My degree from Lancaster Bible College and my years of experience as a Christian counselor will help clients improve their relationship with themselves, others, and God.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My practice is built on the belief that mental wellness is a collaborative journey, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where patients feel truly heard.
Hey I’m Julie, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a heart for helping. My therapeutic style is warm, eclectic, and collaborative—I’m here to work with you, not talk at you. Many of my clients are people navigating mood disorders, chronic stressors, and life transitions. I have experience working with BIPOC individuals, varying ages, those exposed to trauma, and those who are new to therapy.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in anxiety, or repeating patterns in relationships that you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
With over 25 years of experience, I work with adults, teens, and couples to better understand what’s driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is tailored to you: supportive and collaborative, while also gently challenging you to grow, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Therapy is a process of change and transformation. I’ll walk alongside you as we work toward greater clarity, stronger relationships, and an overall improved quality of life
