I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas. I have experience working with law enforcement, a strong history of assessing individuals in an active mental health crisis, and conducting individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
If you’ve made it this far, chances are you’ve already pushed through a lot, and that matters. I truly believe that between the two of us, we can face whatever you’re dealing with right now.
I’ve spent many years working with people who have been through trauma—especially childhood trauma—as well as addiction, depression, and PTSD. I’ve also worked closely with military populations and people who have felt stuck in patterns of fear, low self-worth, or survival mode.
I’m a mom and a grandmother, and life has given me my own share of challenges. Those experiences shaped how I show up: real, down-to-earth, and deeply believing in people’s ability to heal.
Clients often describe me as warm, encouraging, and someone who helps them feel truly seen.
I am a dual-certified nurse practitioner with experience in healthcare since 2002. My background in both adult-gerontology and psychiatric mental health allows me to take a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care. I work with busy professional women experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, mood concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to provide personalized care that feels thoughtful, supportive, and not rushed.
Hello! Thank you for stopping by.
I’ve worked with diverse clients, including university students, couples, trauma survivors, veterans, and individuals managing anger. I truly believe people can change, and I’m honored to walk beside them through that process.
With nearly 30 years of experience, I provide a supportive space for you to reflect on your unique story and be sure you are creating the one you want to live.
As a clinical therapist for 12 years I believe that having a good therapeutic experience can add to your life and those around you immensely. Getting started is often the hardest part so congratulations on taking this step! I work mainly with clients experiencing difficulty with relationships, including but not limited to romantic relationships or family. If you are needing help with changing unhealthy patterns and finding new ways of being in relationship this is my specialty. I also have experience working with neurodivergent issues with individuals and well as in relationships.
