I’m a licensed therapist with extensive experience in both mental health and education. My background in school settings gives me a strong understanding of academic stress, behavioral concerns, learning differences, and how emotional well-being impacts performance at school and work.
I provide teletherapy for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship concerns. I also support parents who are seeking guidance in helping their children thrive.
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you (or your child) feel comfortable being honest. Whether I’m working with a child, teen, or adult, my goal is to help clients feel understood while also building tools that lead to real change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. Most of my experience has been with teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and are involved in the juvenile justice system because of their decision making. I am currently a student pursuing my Doctor of Social Work and believe whole-heartedly in treating mental health and substance use concurrently, including the family as an integral part of the recovery process.
I love helping others overcome mental obstacles to allow them to reach their goals. I strongly value the therapeutic relationship and use it as a catalyst for positive change. I have over 8 years of experience in private practice and have helped people through a wide range of issues. I have unique experience in sport and performance psychology. I have two post undergraduate degrees in mental health counseling from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Butler University. I bring my knowledge, experience, and value system to each of my clients.

I am a therapist with 40+ years as a mental health therapist and medical social worker. My work has provided me with experiences that are relevant to many of my clients' life scenarios. My professional values include understanding, acceptance, respect, and unconditional regard. I also believe that clients are the most important person on their treatment team, therefore, they have input into their goals, treatment plan, and deciding what is important for them to work on and heal from.
Hi! I’m Jackie. I want to start by saying thanks for being here. I feel deeply honored to have the privilege to serve others as a clinical social worker. Being with people as they share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings is a role I cherish immensely.
I started my career in the mental health field in 2019. I served my community in Southern Indiana as clinical therapist at a community mental health center working with adults, adolescents, and children as they navigated relationships, stress, life changes, difficult and traumatic experiences, feelings of depression and anxiety, along with other presenting problems. I also held roles in non-profit work as a clinical supervisor and treatment director, supervising other therapists as they served clients in the community.
I am trained in and draw from evidence-based interventions including Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy. I also pull from training in Nurturing Parenting, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, Risking Connection, and Celebrating Families.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My style is genuine, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I’m the kind of therapist who will meet you where you are—without judgment—and walk alongside you as you work through the parts of life that feel heavy, confusing, or stuck. I care deeply about the whole person—mind, heart, relationships, and purpose—and strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself. For clients who want it, I’m comfortable integrating faith and spirituality into our work, while always respecting your values and priorities. Above all, my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing and growth.
My Christian faith dictates everyone is worthy of love and to be able to navigate this beautiful, wild journey of life to the fullest and healthiest. The same can be said in therapy, where I provide positive curiosity and a goal-oriented style.
From home and community to office to tele-health, my decade of experience as an LCSW have provided amazing journeys in unexpected places.
