With over 20 years of working in the field of clinical social work, I believe in the power of connectedness and empowered dedication to make positive changes in life. In working with clients, I engage to start where you are from the beginning and commit to develop a plan toward success throughout the process. As a mental health therapist, I am compassionate and client-centered in creating a safe space to navigate meaningful change.

I also have a strong focus on supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, especially during seasons of emotional overload and identity change. My work is grounded, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more steady in real life.
