

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I incorporate traditional talk therapy with holistic practices to help clients own their power and harness their happiness. I work with individuals (adults) who are filling unfulfilled in life and stuck in life.
I was born and raised in one of Nigeria’s vibrant and bustling cities, where I learned the values of community, resilience, and compassion from an early age. Inspired by a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I pursued my education in health care. This journey has been a blessing and a privilege, allowing me to work in health care and provide care for the people I love and serve.
My family and I have built a home filled with love and laughter. They bring joy and inspiration to my life every day. I'm excited to support my clients in bringing that same love and joy and laughter back into their own lives.
Have you ever experienced a time in your life where you didn't feel like you had a voice? Not having a voice can be caused by several different factors. Ranging from experiencing past trauma, daily stresses of life (i.e. relationships, work, etc.), symptoms of depression, and anxiety. It can be difficult to get to a point in your life where its okay to speak your truth. My goal is to assist you with finding your voice and identifying your truth. This will help you in getting to the next phase in your life, in spite of the circumstances that you have experienced or are currently experiencing. I specialize in working with women who are looking to find their true self wherever they are on their journey.

I am a graduate of Fort Valley State University, where I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling, and I bring over four years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I believe that our past experiences, including trauma, can shape how we show up in our daily lives. In our work together, we gently explore those experiences and how they may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today. At the same time, I focus on helping you discover positive, healthy ways to cope, grow, and move forward.
Using CBT, we work to recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns. Through mindfulness, I help you stay present and connected to yourself, especially during overwhelming moments. Reality Therapy and solution-focused techniques allow us to focus on what’s within your control, identify your needs, and create realistic, meaningful changes.
