I tailor each session to your unique needs, integrating tools like inner child work, mindfulness, DBT skills, and psychoeducation when helpful. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and my Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, community mental health centers, and private practice, which has shaped my trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy. I’m deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive, client-centered care that honors your unique story.

I was born and raised in Montana and have a genuine passion for nature and the outdoors. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at Montana State University in 2001. I then pursued my Masters of Social Work degree and graduated in 2008 from the University of Montana. This graduate program had a focus on providing a social justice and integrated practitioner perspective. I have an eclectic style that can be tailored to each unique individual. My primary therapeutic methods include Mindfulness Based, Holistic, Exposure, Narrative, Cognitive and Behavioral, Strengths Based & Solution Focused Therapies. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment that often helps people feel comfortable. A true passion of mine is structuring therapeutic activities for clients to express, process, increase self-awareness, and de-stress from life’s challenging and developmental experiences.
Hello! I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. I grew up on the outskirts of Boston and have worked with a plethora of populations and in various settings. I believe in being completely autonomous with clients, meeting you where you’re at and establishing a baseline for success. I use a very strengths-based approach and find positivity even through life’s struggles. Let’s work on facilitating change together in a safe environment; being free from judgement and stigma.
