I've seen a lot - from elders, to anxiety issues; to divorce, to bipolar patients.
lt's a challenge - and that's why I'm here - to help make humanity healthy again, one human at a time.
Now, go to therapy.
Hi, I’m Jackie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma and anxiety. I work with adults who feel stuck in survival mode—struggling with chronic anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and constant overwhelm.
I specialize in childhood trauma, relationship trauma, and first-generation stress, and I bring my Latina background into my work with clients who are navigating cultural expectations, family pressure, and the emotional weight of being “the strong one.”
Using EMDR and nervous-system-based, trauma-informed approaches, I help you move beyond just understanding your experiences to actually calming your nervous system—so you can feel more grounded, present, and safe in your body, not just more self-aware.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and the Unified Protocol (UP).
Hi, I’m Jessica. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My role is to create a space where you can exhale, take off the mask, and begin the journey toward wholeness and peace.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Right Mentality Mental Health and Wellness, I have dedicated my work to helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with honesty, compassion, and cultural awareness. I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology and continue to grow through my doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology and Higher Education.
I work with a special focus on supporting Black and Brown communities. My approach is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in real life. You can expect open dialogue, practical tools, and a therapist who meets you with both empathy and accountability.
Therapy with me is not about perfection. It is about progress, healing, and learning to show up for yourself in ways that honor your truth and your growth.
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, understood, and safe, so I want to share a bit about who I am and how I work. I am currently a doctoral student in clinical psychology (PsyD), and I also hold a master’s degree in counseling. My training has included work in a variety of clinical settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. At the core of my work is the belief that people are incredibly resilient, even when it doesn’t feel that way. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, while also gently challenging and supporting you toward growth.
