I believe in living your best life and that one mold does not fit all. I received my Master in Social Work (MSW) from University of Southern California (USC). I have a passion for working with trauma survivors, first responders and military. You are more than your trauma symptoms, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. EMDR, CBT and solution-focused therapies are just some of the modalities utilized in my practice along with mindfulness to empower you to live your best future life.

Hello and welcome. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in family medicine and several years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. My journey into mental health grew from a deep desire to better support individuals not only physically, but emotionally and psychologically as well. I believe that true wellness comes from addressing the whole person.
I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported but this is that place...
As a therapist, my approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel understood, supported, and valued. Together, we’ll explore what you’re carrying, build insight, and develop practical tools that fit your life. My goal is to help you feel empowered, encouraged, and equipped to move toward the version of yourself you want to become.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York. My approach to therapy is warm, open-minded, collaborative, and supportive. Throughout that process, I use an integrative
approach utilizing DBT, CBT, strength-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I specialize in
couples’ therapy, and treatment resistant individual therapy.
I’ve spent over 25 years helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and challenges related to military or veteran experiences. Many of the people I work with are tired of feeling stuck in distressing thoughts or emotional patterns and are ready to experience more peace, confidence, and control in their daily lives. My goal is to help you elevate your life experience — not just get through the hard parts.
