Hi, I’m Lindsey. I’m a therapist, an adoptee, and someone who deeply believes in the power of feeling truly seen. Coming out of the fog in my own adoption journey helped me realize that being a therapist isn’t just what I do—it’s my calling. I know how meaningful it can be to have a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or hold it all together. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free environment where you can be fully yourself—where we can gently process the hard stuff and make room to notice and celebrate the good, too.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to provide compassionate, personalized care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected and understood. I am here to support you every step of the way.
Hi, I’m Lizandra — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and U.S. Air Force Veteran passionate about helping others navigate life’s most challenging transitions. I specialize in military and veteran mental health, trauma recovery, and faith-informed counseling for individuals seeking balance, purpose, and peace.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or life changes, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I draw on both evidence-based practices and my own experience as a veteran to help clients process emotional wounds, strengthen resilience, and rebuild confidence from the inside out.
I’m especially passionate about working with those facing military-related stressors, reintegration challenges, and identity transitions, as well as women navigating seasons of growth and rediscovery. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in both clinical expertise and faith-based understanding.
Together, we’ll focus on developing practical coping strategies, improving communication, and creating sustainable emotional wellness—so you can move forward with clarity, courage, and renewed strength.

Nicolas received his B.A. in psychology from James Madison University in Virginia and his M.S. in Counselor Education-Clinical Mental Health Counseling Track, from Florida International University. During that time, he occupied positions in both residential and outpatient settings including serving as a clinical supervisor to multiple teams of therapists operating in Miami-Dade and Broward county.
We are all resilient, but might tend to keep emotions hidden to shield those we care about. In a therapy session, our heroic stories are told, communication in a relationship is reestablished, and appreciation becomes reciprocal. The conversations reflect hope for a kinder future; one where a sense of purpose is identified, trauma begins to heal, and our stories reveal endurance, well-being, and strength.
For 23 years, I have worked with couples, military families, transitions in adult life, caregivers, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew and honor the values of our unique cultural backgrounds and the trust each client shares in his/her/their stories of survival, fighting spirit, and love.
I’m a Licensed Therapist working with clients in California / Florida. Along with my clinical training, I bring lived experience that helps me meet my clients where they're at. Outside of work I enjoy sports, cooking and trying new food, staying active, and getting outdoors—especially hiking—I do my best to live a full life while making sure I have some time to slow down and take it easy.
