I am a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut. I offer a safe and understanding space for adults facing anxiety, life transitions and grief.
Whether you are navigating the profound identity shift of motherhood, the evolving dynamics of marriage, or a significant change in life status, you deserve a space where your voice is the priority. I provide a dedicated environment for women to process these transitions, offering the empathy and clinical support needed to reclaim your sense of self. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your various roles to find balance, resilience, and a clear path forward.
Unconditional positive regard means being accepted and supported—no matter what. In a world where this kind of acceptance can feel rare, our work together can be a space where you feel truly seen and valued. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free environment where you can connect more deeply with yourself and others.
I work with clients navigating a wide range of experiences, including infertility, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and transitions into and through parenthood. I also provide infertility consultations as requested by fertility clinics and doctors, following ASRM guidelines, to support individuals and couples using donor conception or gestational carriers.
You deserve a space to reflect, process, and reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you're grappling with uncertainty, grief, or simply seeking clarity, my goal is to walk alongside you with care and authenticity. If you're ready to deepen your connection with yourself and others, I would be honored to support you.
There is often a disconnect between what we logically know and how we truly feel. My approach is warm and direct, using a relational framework to bridge that gap. Together, we’ll move toward the root of your distress—exploring patterns, processing emotions, and developing the self-compassion and skills needed to create lasting, transformational change.

You've been holding it together for everyone else. Let's make space for you.
You're self-aware enough to know something is wrong, and exhausted from trying to figure it out on your own. Maybe you've done therapy before. Maybe you've read the books, know the language, can explain your patterns — and still can't seem to change them. That gap between knowing and feeling is exactly where I work.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and the relational wounds that don't heal with insight alone. My clients are often thoughtful, capable, hard-working women who are harder on themselves than they'd ever be on anyone else — carrying old hurt in their bodies long after their minds have tried to move on.
My approach is warm and direct. I won't just nod and reflect — I'll work actively with you, using EMDR, somatic and parts-based (IFS-informed) methods, and nervous system tools drawn from yoga therapy and mindfulness. These aren't techniques I layer on top of talk therapy — they're how I understand healing: that your body has been part of the story all along, and it needs to be part of the recovery too.
I've been doing this work for over 18 years, and I bring my whole self to it — including my own experience navigating complex relationships, multiple roles, and the ongoing practice of self-compassion that I ask of my clients.
If you're ready to stop managing and start actually shifting — I'd love to connect.
Hello, I have been a therapist helping individuals and families achieve their personal goals for over 20 years. I have a private practice presently, but have experience working in a drug rehab, a middle school, a girl's group home, and a community counseling agency. My private practice has been thriving since 2016, with particular focus on helping clients with anxiety, depression, life stage challenges, adoption issues, self-esteem, relationship issues, addiction and more.
I am very easy-going and laid back. I've been told I'm very easy to talk to. I think humor is important, even in tough circumstances; maybe in that case, even more so. I always try to leave you in a good space by the end of our time together.
