I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy. I earned my Master of Social Work from Fordham University and have clinical experience across hospital, substance use treatment, and community-based settings.
My background includes supporting individuals impacted by trauma, experiences of violence, substance use, housing instability, chronic medical conditions, and relational stressors. Much of my work has taken place in high-stress and crisis-oriented environments, where people are navigating overwhelming circumstances and major disruptions in their lives.
In my work, I support individuals in managing stress and making sense of intense experiences, while also helping them find steadiness during difficult periods. This includes creating space to process what’s happening and offering structure and perspective when things feel overwhelming.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Showing up as you are is enough. We’ll take the next steps together, at a pace that feels realistic and supportive.

Through the world of therapy, I hope to bring more education and support to pregnant and postpartum people. My style of counseling is positive, person-centered and solution-focused. I will provide a safe and soothing environment for all of my clients to work through their identified needs. I also have training in working with college-aged students and specifically athletes.
