You've probably tried talking about it. And talking helped, until it didn't.
Maybe you think deeply, feel everything intensely and still can't figure out why you keep ending up in the same patterns. You don't want another list of coping skills. You want to actually get yourself and understand where these patterns came from, why they stick, and how to finally move differently.
That's the work I am so passionate about.
I'm Caitlin! Therapist, art therapist, and someone who knows what it's like to carry a lot. Anxiety, self-doubt, patterns inherited from people who came before you, a creative inner world that doesn't always fit neatly into everyday life. I didn't just study this, I've lived it.
Welcome, and thanks for reaching out. I hope you, your family and friends are safe and healthy.

Hello, I’m AngelaBryan, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and the lingering impact of difficult past experiences.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who feel overwhelmed by worry, self-doubt, or emotional patterns that keep repeating in their relationships or daily life. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin responding to life with greater clarity and confidence.
My primary approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps people develop psychological flexibility and move toward the life they want, even in the presence of difficult thoughts or emotions. I also integrate attachment-informed work, mindfulness, and practical tools that support emotional regulation and self-awareness.
Clients often appreciate that our work together is both insightful and practical, helping them better understand themselves while building skills they can use in everyday liMy approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both understood and supported while also gaining practical tools to navigate life differently.
I offer in person sessions in Colorado Springs and Telehealth sessions throughout the state of colorado.
In session, my main focus is you, your story, your goals, your healing, and your well-being. I take an eclectic, client-based approach to our time together and try to mold my presence in the room to match your needs in a non-judgmental and empathetic way.
