I’m someone who truly listens and strives to meet each person exactly where they are. My style is adaptive, reflective, and flexible. I bring authenticity, compassion, and a good sense of humor into my work because I believe that laughter and honesty can be just as healing as insight. I was inspired to become a therapist by my own desire for the kind of support I would have wanted, and I aim to offer that same understanding and care to my clients. People often describe me as warm, genuine, and empowering. I am someone who helps them feel deeply heard and supported while encouraging growth in meaningful ways.
Hi, I'm Jill. I have been a licensed therapist since 2012. In the last 13 years I have worked in many settings, including a treatment center, hospital, school, and outpatient practice. In that time, I have learned a lot about the challenges we face as humans. But most importantly I have learned that in addition to coping with life's sttuggles, we also need to find purpose and meaning in these experiences moving forward.
My goal as a therapist is to be authentic, kind, and committed to your wellbeing. I strive to provide a space where you feel comfortable being honest with yourself and with me.
I work with individuals who color outside the lines—mavericks, artists, non-conformists, and innovators—those who get the job done but crave deeper personal fulfillment. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen when we fuse insight with individuality, science with soul, and courage with compassion.
I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive—with the right support. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care as we work toward meaningful change. I stay engaged with the latest developments in the mental health field and bring an open, grounded approach to understanding your unique experiences. Therapy with me is collaborative, human, and always centered on your goals.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, or carrying the impact of past experiences, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (Ph.D.) with experience in public mental health and large healthcare systems. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life stressors.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed and culturally responsive, and I integrate evidence-based practices to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system interact. Clients often share that they feel both supported and gently challenged in our work together. I aim to meet you with empathy while also helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
