Hello,
I have a bachelor degree in psychology and a masters in social work. I am licensed as a clinical social worker with a client centered therapist approach with over 21 years of experience in community mental health treatment. Strong belief in prioritizing self care and mental health treatment with an emphasis on female clients with anxiety and depression.
Growing up today is harder than ever, and it’s just as tough to be the parent watching your child struggle to keep their head above water. Whether it’s the constant hum of anxiety, the frustration of ADHD-driven "Executive Dysfunction," or a major life change that has turned things upside down, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and young adults find their footing when the world feels overwhelming.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience working in mental health, with a primary focus on women’s mental health. I support women navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions, especially those who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted internally.
I believe deeply in the power of words and how they shape our mental and emotional well-being. My work is rooted in speaking life, clarity, and hope into spaces where patients may feel discouraged or stuck. I work with all adults who are seeking thoughtful, intentional, holistic care.
My practice is dedicated to supporting women and couples. Practice specializations include:
Relationship Issues
Couples
Stress Management
Finding Meaning & Purpose
Mid-life Support
Adult ADHD
My specific knowledge and experience is essential, and provides you with the relief and practical support you need to heal, allowing you to use a difficult time in your life to grow in ways that will make your life better than ever.
As a Stanford-trained psychiatrist, I work closely with Dr. Sethi at Metabolic Psychiatry Labs (MPL) to manage serious mental illness conditions including bipolar, depression, binge eating disorder, and psychosis. I am trained in multiple types of psychotherapy, including CBT, psychodynamic, DBT, ACT, and Internal Family Systems. I believe in treating the root cause of mental illness.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 15 years of experience holding cross-state licensure in California and Nevada. I work with a wide range of populations and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. I am a firm believer that in order to achieve overall wellness, one must place priority on creating a life that feels good on the inside rather than a life that looks good from the outside. The wider the discrepancy between the two, the greater the distress and unhappiness we experience within ourselves.
My desire to become a therapist started when I was 14 years old. As the unofficial therapist for my high school peers, I witnessed the adverse effects of family problems on their mental and emotional health.
In my free time, I’m passionate about trying new cuisines, discovering new destinations through travel, playing board games, dancing, and enjoying good food with my family and friends.
Hello! I'm a bilingual (English/Korean) licensed marriage and family therapist with 8 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My passion is helping you achieve your goals and cultivate emotional well-being. I invite you to reach out if you're ready to make positive changes in your life—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I’m an LMFT who uses a psychodynamic, client-centered approach. I help young adults better handle life’s stressors, keep perfectionism in check, and grow their self-esteem. I want to help people feel more connected to themselves and others. I enjoy working with Gen Z and Millennials who are navigating their unique paths in life. I mostly work with anxiety, whether it stems from familial stress (due to filial piety or trauma) or societal pressures (due to gender expectations or political factors). I also work with social anxiety and self-esteem issues.
I am Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I have been practicing therapy since November 2015 and licensed since January 2023. The modality I mainly use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but also pull from other modalities as one modality may not fit all clientele. I have had experience with self-esteem, couples, anxiety (mild to moderate levels), depression (mild levels), grief/loss and end of life. I have work with prior law enforcement experience, substitute teacher (Elementary thru High School), and various other vocational experience. NOTE: I am not a psychiatrist, so I do NOT prescribe medication.
I see a person’s choice to engage in the process of therapy as the beginning of a new journey. The journey may be motivated by an exercise in self- discovery, acquiring new skills, or working though past life events. Should you decide to peruse therapy I want to walk beside you on this journey. I have 10 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy working with families and individuals in the age demographics from youth to seniors.
As an LCSW, I draw on my experience as a hospice social worker to help clients navigate loss, depression, and life transitions while supporting growth into the version of themselves they want to become. I’m passionate about working with individuals facing ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), grief, and challenges related to identity, purpose, and emotional well-being.
Hi, great to have you here! I know it can feel overwhelming to seek out therapy and find a good fit, and hope we might take that next step together! Many clients have described my personality as warm, not clinical, and intuitive to their emotions.
While I have worked for years with diverse clients, I specialize and work with people-pleasing women who want to increase their confidence, Christians who want to integrate faith + mental health, and individuals who feel the weight of their past impacting who they are today.
