I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy for adults. Using CBT with somatic and mindfulness techniques, I support mind-body healing and help clients navigate depression, anxiety, and life transitions. My goal is to foster self-awareness, confidence, and lasting growth.
I have worked in the mental health field for approximately 10 years in different capacities. I have worked in the community assisting families, working with low income and more affluent individuals, parenting and assigning with supporting children with behaviors impacting their lives. I am committed to helping individuals learn to build healthier relationships with themselves as well as listening to your wants/needs. My work focuses on assisting you in targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, beliefs that impact your life. I believe in collaboration to helping you reach your goals.
I believe deeply in the possibility of growth and change. My decision to become a therapist was inspired by a steadfast belief in transformation — in the human capacity to move forward, even after hardship. Having navigated my own journey of growth, I understand the courage it takes to be vulnerable in therapy. I hold the therapeutic relationship as sacred and approach it with care, respect, and integrity.
Clients can expect a warm, curious, and nonjudgmental space where they are seen and heard without assumptions. I strive to cultivate an environment of authenticity and self-awareness, where trust is built through consistency, empathy, and genuine presence. I want to understand each client’s firsthand experiences and meet them exactly where they are.
Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, but you do not need to navigate them alone. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support clients in building practical skills, increasing insight, and creating meaningful change.
As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), I specialize in working with anxiety-related concerns and may integrate Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) as a complementary mind-body approach.
