I am a licensed therapist as well as a certified rehabilitation counselor with nine years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
Most common things I treat are: anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, family issues, couples in conflict, bullying , self esteem, and grief and loss. My clients become more comfortable and confident moving forward using tools we learn in therapy.

I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 11 years. I have shifted my focus from children to adults 19+ over the past 5 years and work primarily with individuals struggling with anxiety and/or depression.
