I am passionate about healing past trauma, attachment wounds, and self-esteem issues that stem from what you've been through. I am strength-focused, goal-oriented, and believe that the best outcomes occur when the client works together with the therapist to make progress. We establish trust and then make a team effort on the journey of healing.
Hi! I specialize in supporting adults navigating professional stress, burnout, and complicated dynamics at work — especially those with histories of harmful supervision or high-responsibility roles in helping fields. I also work with foster and adoptive parents who are walking the complicated path of attachment, advocacy, grief, and growth.
Have you ever felt like you're accomplishing everything but still feel unfulfilled or unsatisfied? Do you give so much of yourself to others that little is left for you at the end of the day? Does your child's behaviors (fighting, defiance, truancy, argumentative) leave you wondering what's really going on beneath the surface. It just might be time to take a deeper look.
I’m Tiana Welch, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, providing telehealth therapy for children, teens, and young adult/adult women. With six years of experience, I have supported clients facing many challenges, including mental health concerns, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. My passion lies in helping children, teens, and families take a deeper look at behaviors to uncover the root causes, and in supporting young adult and adult women as they peel back the layers of perfectionism, burnout, and societal expectations to reconnect with their true selves.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy attending Pilates and spin classes, coloring, painting, reading, and exploring new creative hobbies like learning to sew (this month).
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong background in trauma-informed care, anxiety treatment, and grief work. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and respectful of your lived experience. I understand how past trauma, chronic stress, and life transitions can shape the nervous system and impact daily functioning, even when life looks “okay” on the outside. My role is to meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you make sense of your experiences while building practical tools for healing. I value authenticity, emotional safety, and meaningful connection in the therapeutic relationship.
