I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in women’s health, including labor & delivery and postpartum care. I’ve had the privilege of caring for women during some of their most vulnerable seasons of life, and I carry that same respect and attentiveness into my psychiatric practice.
I believe mental health care should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering. Choosing a provider is deeply personal, and I do not take lightly the trust it requires to share your story.
Hi! I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and holistic provider who graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Master's in Nursing. Once I graduated, I received most of my experience in inpatient psychiatry, working with acute and severe mental illness since 2021. While I’ve loved working in hospital settings, I transitioned to telehealth to create a more balanced schedule—and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the accessibility and connection it provides.
My approach to mental health is holistic and patient-centered. In addition to medication management, I incorporate Chinese medicine, supplements, and therapy techniques to support whole-body wellness. My passion lies in truly listening to my patients with an unbiased, compassionate approach, ensuring they feel heard and empowered in their journey.
If you’re looking for a provider who values both science and holistic care, I’d love to work with you!

Over nine years ago my life changed. I lost a son to suicide due to unaddressed mental health needs. A system that was overwhelmed failed him. I returned to school to help close that gap and want to work with others to start their journey towards mental wellness. As someone who has experienced depression and anxiety, I understand the challenges faced.
