Great to meet you—I’m a triple board-certified physician in pediatrics and psychiatry. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Stony Brook University and diverse experience across various settings, including the psychiatric emergency room, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities. Your mind and body are speaking—are you listening? As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in high-stakes intensive care, I understand what many overlook: mental and physical health are inseparable.
In critical care, I saw how stress, trauma, and anxiety manifest in the body—tight chests, sleepless nights, unexplained pain. And when the pandemic hit, I witnessed the silent emotional suffering of patients, families, and healthcare workers alike. That moment changed everything.
I chose psychiatry because healing your mind is just as vital as healing your body. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like no one sees what you’re carrying—you don’t have to hold it alone. I’m here to help you reconnect, restore, and rise.

I am a board-certified, bilingual (English/Spanish) psychiatrist who is passionate about understanding my clients at a deeper level and helping them find the emotional wellbeing they seek. After finishing my residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System, where I served as a Chief Resident, I completed a two-year interpersonal psychoanalysis course at the William Alanson White Institute in New York City.
